Only a guest who has checked in can be accommodated in an apartment. For this purpose the guest is required to submit an ID card, passport or other valid proof of identity to an employee of the apartment on arrival.
In special cases the apartment owner can also offer a guest accommodation other than the original one, if it does not substantially differ from the confirmed order.
On the day of arrival accommodation is available from 14.00 to 16.00. Accommodation at different times must be negotiated by the guests with the owner of the apartment in person or by phone.
On the day of departure, the guest is obliged to leave the apartment by 10.00 am.
The guest is obliged to pay for accommodation and services provided in accordance with the valid price list upon arrival to the apartment. The bill is paid in cash.
Please respect the night silent, which is from 10 p.m. to 6:00 pm.
Without consent of the apartment owner the guest is not allowed to make changes to equipment, electrical or other installation.
In the rooms, guests are not allowed to use their own portable electric or gas appliances. This regulation shall not apply to electric appliances used for personal hygiene (shaver, massager, hair dryer, etc.).
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in rooms.
For security reasons it is not allowed to leave children under 10 without adult supervision in rooms and other spaces of apartments. Upon the occurrence of an accident or other unforeseen circumstances the person with whom the child is registered to stay is responsible for the child.
Any defects are to be reported to the apartment’s owner.
Bed sheets and towels are not exchanged daily, they serve a week long accommodation.
Before leaving the room the accommodated person is obliged to close taps, turn off lights in the room and the bathroom, lock the door to the room and the entrance door of the apartment.
Pets can be in the rooms only with consent of the owner of the apartment, provided that accommodated guest can prove harmlessness of the health status of their animals. Price for accommodation of animals is charged according to the valid price list. In the case of damage to the facility, reimbursement in full is required from the guests.
The guests are obliged to comply with these accommodation guidelines. In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the owner may cancel the contractual relationship and seek compensation for possible damages.
Parking is not guarded.
Complaints, any suggestions for improving the quality of accommodation and services are accepted by the owner of the apartments.
